The Staff in Year 4 this year are Mr Wiggs supported Mrs Shaw and Mrs Cooper.
Class Saint is St. Joan of Arc
We chose St Joan of Arc as our inspiration because she was a young person who faced difficult challenges but never gave up on what she believed was right.
She showed faith by trusting in God, and hope by believing that things could get better even when times were difficult.
She showed love for God and for the people she wanted to help, and she showed great courage when she faced danger and people who doubted her.
Joan showed perseverance by continuing even when things became frightening and difficult, and leadership by encouraging others and giving them hope.
We aspire to follow Joan's example in our own lives and by trying to make a positive difference to the people around us.
We will celebrate her saint day on 28th May 2027
On the feast day of the class saint, the class will hold a special celebratory day. They will have a non-uniform day, lead a special school assembly and have a celebration in the afternoon.
